The new girls Rachel and Alex are the best! I'm a very picky with my coffee and Rachel suggested a new way to mix my coffee best coffee I have had in weeks

Does Dunkin Donuts has no trash barrels before the drive-thru window or after the drive-thru window and I understand it's against the Board of Health for them to take your trash so they should probably change this also most of the girls that work at the window or nice and will take your trash however this one that said there was trash barrels before and after and they're not there's only one trash out outside the front entrance nowhere near the drive-thru

Filthy. That's the first thing. One person picking up his food and then us. Not busy at all. We 5 were the only guests in there for about 20 minutes. I had to wipe down the tables where we sat. My feet stuck to the floor. Food, wrappers, crumbs...everywhere; including under their counter. Filthy.
The young girl was pleasant enough but had a difficult time getting our order correct; had to ask for it to be repeated a couple times, then we didn't get one of the sandwiches. They were too busy chatting about their friends.
Management; expect your staff to clean. No bathroom either so you had to rely on the hand sanitizer they provided. I'd hate to inspect the kitchen if the guest area is this nasty.
Sandwiches we ordered tasted fine. Coffee was good. Muffins were good. They were out of croissants and chocolate covered donuts.
Filthy. Just clean it people!!!!!!! -

Went yesterday at around noon, drive thru, ordered a medium black cold brew. Okay service. Cold brew was disgusting and a complete waste of money. No flavor, weak, looked like tea.
Can't figure out why DD can't get it right and have a consistent product. First and last time getting this. -

Since the manager has been out on leave. This store has been running a lot better. That manager does not know how to run a store. When she is there the store looks like a tornado has going through it. If you want to check it out for yourself please do, but like I said the manager is an idiot.
